注册须知/Notes
 
1. 参会费包含论坛年会、颁奖典礼等各项活动、亚洲国际酒店博览馆参观/参会资料、纪念品、及活动期间的餐饮。
2. 注册确认函将在您成功支付后，由组委会通过电邮或传真形式发送至注册登记者。由于席位有限，请从速完成支付注册手续，以确保您的参会席位。
3. 与会者同行的客人、翻译人员及亲属等人士，如未交纳注册费用，不得参与论坛有关的任何活动。
4. 注册当天，参会代表凭本人证件和名片在注册现场报到，领取参会资料及办理入住手续。
 
　更改及取消注册
 
1. 如需更改参会代表，请于2012年2月10日之前将更改申请和更改内容通知组委会。
2. 如需取消本次注册申请，须于2012年2月10日前以书面形式提交至组委会秘书处。
　 2月10日-2月29日期间取消注册登记者需承担50%的参会费用。
　 3月1日以后取消注册需承担全部参会费用。
 

 
　Registration
1. Ticket covers full set of documents, souvenir and F&B fees during this event, pass to the forum and Asia International Hotel Expo.
2. Upon receiving the full payment, confirmation letter will be sent by fax or e-mail. Please proceed the payment in time since the membership
　is limited.
3. The companions and interpreters are not allowed to attend the conference or any related activities without registration.
4. Delegates shall bring personal ID and business card for registration and Hotel Check-in.
 
　Modification and Cancellation
 
1. Modification request should be sent to the Organizing Committee before 10th Feb2012.
2. A penalty of 50% of full payment is required for cancellation between 10th and 29th Feb 2012 and no refund for cancellation after 1st Mar 2012.
